Alumni members Lakshay Aggarwal and Bhavya Chauhan from Batch 2020-21 joined a meeting with Head of School Ms. Renu Ajay on Saturday, 2nd December 2023. The focus was on discussing upcoming Alumni Meetings and Ms. Renu Ajay proposed involving all executive members to plan new activities for the Alumni Group. During the meeting, teachers Convener Ms. Gurjit Kaur and Mr. Bitto Saini shared insights on improving and motivating students to join the alumni group. Ms. Renu Ajay expressed gratitude to the participants and extended an invitation for the next executive committee meeting.

Heartiest Congratulations to Elisa Mishra and Shreeparna Jaiswal (Grades 9&10) on their remarkable achievement in securing the 4th place out of 857 entries in 'I Can' by Nehru World School with the innovative idea to generate freshwater from factory exhaust!  It's inspiring to see young minds coming up with solutions for a more sustainable world. The well-deserved reward of Bluetooth speakers, is surely a big incentive for these creative geniuses to make a positive difference in the world.

Spelling showdown in full swing! From third to eighth grade, our young wordsmiths buzzed with excitement at the  SPELLYMPICS Spell Bee Competition. The preliminary round filtered the top scorers for the final round held today. Who will spell their way to victory? Stay tuned for the final results!

Once again our talented little goenkans proved themselves at an inter school patriotic group song competition held at Gandhi Darshan Rajghat . They competed with 32 reputed schools from Delhi - NCR and won the consolation prize.Their performance was highly appreciated by the judges and the audience.

Beyond textbooks and classrooms, teachers redefine versatility every day. Today our teachers orchestrated a magical assembly on Children's Day! From acting out a play to singing for them, today was all about celebrating the incredible spirit of students and making them realise that they MATTER!

G.D. Goenka Public School, East Delhi, took a proactive step by organizing a special assembly in line with CBSE on November 3, 2023, to educate students of grades VI-XII on traffic rules and road safety. From reducing pollution to the importance of helmets and highway traffic rules, our students are well-equipped to be responsible road users. The prime focus of the assembly was the pledge taken by the students.

Goenkans of Grade 1 and 2 shine in a captivating Ramleela Stage Show, weaving the timeless tale of Lord Rama with enthusiasm and grace. The head of the school, Ms. Renu Ajay commends the young talents for their stellar performance, emphasizing the importance of cultural celebration and values.

The investiture ceremony at G.D. Goenka Public School, East Delhi was marked by dignity and grandeur. Led by the Head of the School, Ms. Renu Ajay, students, clad in immaculate uniforms, displayed discipline during the march past. The newly appointed student council members, selected for their expertise, assumed roles as Prefects, Vice-Captains, and Captains. With over 40 students from grades 10 to 12, the event served as a powerful emblem of effective leadership and unwavering discipline. . The Head Boy and Head Girl hoisted the school flag, signifying unity and excellence. Head of School Ms. Renu Ajay's inspiring speech emphasized integrity, setting the tone for the academic year. The ceremony reaffirmed the school's values under the motto - Higher, Stronger & Brighter.
